It seems like any Google Apps that are part of the rom is the problem, I think. Maps, Calendar, etc...

I haven't been able to use apps. Even after using installing Play Services on another ROM, and flashing Totith's. (Hoping I didn't misspell that)

Something happened when i tried to update google play services is there any way you can upload the gapps that are in the rom so i could flash them please? I tried to get the apk and push it to /system/app and changed the permission's to rw-rw--r and it didnt install or anything, when i try to install from play store i get Error incompatible with other applications using the same shared ID.

I used to have the same problem, even when I flashed gapps. Just Google it.

Same here. I never found a solution. I've just been keeping an eye on the CM 10 thread in hopes they get it all worked out. 
Depending on what ROM your using.....I didn't read the whole post sorry and not sure if you tried this but it worked great for me and I literally just started doing all of this I use cm 10 for this phone. Put everything right on the root of your SD card where its easy to find..... make a backup......or completely flash a new rom or the same one after factory reset, wipe cache and dalvik cache......flash the ROM, then flash the link toltith provided for gapps, the same way you flashed the ROM then reboot...... sign into Google and everything else the phone asks you to on setup and when your done everything should work as is.....well it did for me anyways......maybe you did all of this already and what I wrote is useless lol, but maybe there is a small misstep you took and this helps either way I hope you get it all worked out.....good luck.
