If I Return DNA

Dnomac

Newbie
Prior to purchasing this phone, I had unlimited data. If I return this phone within the 14 day period (through Verizon corporate store), do I revert back to my old plan with unlimited data? Additionally, would I still have the opportunity to buy a subsidized phone after returning? Thanks

I believe reverting back is almost impossible. It will be a struggle to get your old plan back.

I have no idea about if you lost you subsidation or not.

Yes on both counts. Other than the $35 return fee, everything goes back to how you had it prior to the purchase.

Thats good to know. I have heard horror stories which is why I make 100% sure I know what is going to happen so I dont have to return anything unless its defective.

Thanks!

Yea, I asked the Verizon rep and he said I'd lose unlimited, but a lot of the other information he gave me was not correct. I'm ok losing unlimited data as I'd quickly replace it with another phone (SGS3), but I would not be ok losing subsidy.

As AntimonyER, everything should revert back to your prior plan. If you decide to return the device and get a new one, the restocking fee should be waived. Also, if you move to another device, the plan you chose with the HTC Droid DNA should remain the same with the new phone, unless you need to make changes to it.
