Root If you get "Failed Flashing process. (0x7100)" in RSD Lite

The only thing that worked for me was:

- Update to latest version of RSD Lite
- Run as admin
- have SBF file in the folder where RSD is installed

Many thanks and good luck to all! :)

Hint in one of the thread msgs was key. ' multiple usb ports' . Droidx state is 'code corrupt' .Using Lenovo B575 laptop, Moto drivers installed and OK, RSDLite 5.4.4, sbf file was in C:\Users\Downloads\1FF-p3a_shadow_cdma_shadow-user-2.3.4-4.5.1_57_DX8-51-120111-test-keys-signed-Verizon-US.sbf, two tries failed flash. Third time, when fail msg came up, on logical basis of what the heck took USB to phone (leaving phone side in and phone on) out of left-side USB in Lenovo to right side (ie, just put it in a different USB port). The phone blinks, welcome to Android comes up. That's it. So far everything working two hours later, backup sync restores all contacts, all good. Go figure. Thanks to all who contributed to this thread.
