Root im an idiot please help my stupidity

I rooted my phone now all i see is a black screen i can access RZR through hard reset but i didnt make a backup can one of you large brained individuals help me return my LG Esteem to working condition much thanx in advance for any help

Wat version are you on?
 
your recoveries are saved on your sd card regardless of what recovery u installed. unless ofcourse if u deleted them manually.
 
#2 ROM, it's one of the first threads.

It doesn't matter if the phone is un useable as long as you can get into recovery. That's why you're flashing a whole ROM right, because the phone don't work?

What do you mean whats the best way to flash? There's only one way, you just flash.

A little advice for the future. Make sure you fully understand what rooting, flashing, recovery and problem solving means before messing with your phone. Will save you a lot of headaches in the future ;)
 
Remove battery cover, battery and your micro sdcard. Put the sdcard in a card reader and upload a rom of your choice to it. Put your phone back together, boot into recovery and flash the rom.
 
If you don't have an SD card reader for your computer maybe you can borrow a friends phone?

If your card is compatible with one of your friends phones, take it out of yours, put it in theirs, dl the ROM to the SD using their phone, swap the card back and and you're good.

Or to skip the whole card reader step, I do believe you can mount the sd while in recovery. I can't remember the exact location but its in there.

I have the back up of my stock fully rooted send me an email address and I can send it to you. If you have android commander and it can see your phone you will be able to put it on your sd card and use android commander to flash to clockwork mod and restore it the only problem is that it has all of my numbers and things embedded in it so you will have to go threw and delete
