Root I'm Bored :/

I've been out of this thread because I was travelling, but I know the feeling - it seems like we have taken the desire as far as it's going to go. There are ROMs I've not tried, or not recently, but none I expect to suit me better. I guess I will try ICS at some point soon, if only to get experience & familiarity, but suspect that will be all.

Of course right now the device also does everything I need it to, so I don't really think I will be changing it soon. But I've started paying more attention to the new device stories again...

Windows phones are nice, but they are so boring to play with.

I guess if you don't care for customizing then you're ok.

Oh one thing... You HAVE TO use Zune.. Urgh.. To make your own ring tone, you need to go through Zune.. A bit like iTunes.
Also, you can forget about making your own message alert too.
 
winmo7 looks nice but is far too limited compared to android imo - couldnt go there

flashed back to mildwild ox3 and liking it - but ive got latest cronmod in the bag to try later ;)
 
I love the look of Window's. I understand it much more walled the Android. While I love the customization of Android. I only do it, because I can. I read at article, about this editor that made the switch, she made the comment that the reason she was always switching the way her phone looked, she realized, is because she didn't like the way it looked in the first place. I think I may be the same. Windows is still in it's infancy, and I think it can only get better. I might switch, and love it. And I might switch, and hate, and it will cost me some serious money to make the switch back to an Android powered device. A phone to save me from my phone. I like the idea of that. I guess I'll have to wait and see.

Depending on Zune, none of those things I think will bother me. We'll see.
