I'M DONE!! Who's with me?!

I am having nothing but trouble with the replacement ZTE sent, after leaving it completely stock. If I try to play any game with graphics the phone loves to reboot. I miss calls regularly, and random reboots are still an issue.

Clearly some people got lucky with their phones, but equally clear is the huge number of problems, root or no root.

I know what you mean about playing games. I used to love playing Angry Birds on previous phone (LG OpV), but I just can't do it as much on my Warp for the same reasons as you. I even wanted to get into Temple Run, but after a game or 2, it freezes up & reboots on me. :(

It is so sad the selection of smartphones from Boost Mobile.
1) My Warp sucks!
2) I hear the LG Marquee phone has problems as well
3) Samsung Prevail doesn't have enough memory
4) Samsung Transform has that unncessary slide out keyboard/lacks memory too.

And now here comes the HTC EVO Design. Sounds great especially with ICS. But obviously it falls a little short on specs too (Considering what Virgin Mobile is getting). Processor, Screen size, RAM, etc.

Now I'm hearing this from BGR.com
Apple iPhone: Boost Mobile to launch iPhone 4S, iPhone 4 in September

If this is true, then Boost will likely get more Android phones. Hopefully Jelly Bean with good specs. I will be more than happy to stick around.

You got my attention when you linked that article. I do like iPhone's. I'm very happy with my Warp but man.....$400 to $500 for a phone? You can buy a brand new Dell laptop or an iPad for that much. I guess the Evo Design is $300 so I guess they are inching towards that $400 mark but thats too much for me.

I'd really like to know if people would drop $400 to $500 on a phone?

Well i for one have had a good experience with this phone but i guess that if you are not happy with your phone i want you to do what would make you happy :)

Much as I hate the rebooting I seem to have so much with this phone, its the only one that I have a signal/service with at my house. I have the triumph which I barely can make Ann outgoing call or receive them, the marquee which is always dropping my calls, and the warp which is excellent when it comes to my service area (as long as it doesn't reboot). Long story short I think i'm stuck with the warp for a little while 8+/

Well, I been a Warped user since November 2011, I have rooted my phone, uninstalled root, re-rooted my phone, uninstalled root again, re-rooted since Nov 2011 (by now you would think I would be a dev) all because this thing is possessed, Bluetooth sucks...it works then you make a 2nd call you can barely hear the caller so you need to restart the phone and everything is fine. I would have to reboot my phone 2 times a day, emails would not deliver and I would have to reboot...then the emails come through, I'd be sitting in my chair watching TV and my phone would be next to me and I would hear it reboot, who knows why the phone was idle at the time. I would get the MIP error 67-3 times since November, 1 was fixed by changing the MIN # the other 2 was the ##72786 and entering the MSI #, and the last time it happened, a few days ago it crashed the phone, yes with the help of the threads on this forum I was able to un-brick it (boost was going to send me a new phone) so I installed the firmware 8c and this time my camera would open for no reason (I have a video of it sitting on my desk and the camera just pops open over and over, I didn't post the video, I was going to send it to ZTE support to prove the phone is FUBAR) and I again unrooted the phone back to stock and the same problem with the camera (not caused by rooting, I just didn't feel good sending a rooted phone to ZTE) and I called ZTE today and they said..... "you are looking at 8 to 12 days before you get your phone back."....

So I was looking online at the new HTC Design for $299 and was going to make the jump and I decided to call Sprint because my wife and son are on Sprint (since Dec 2011) and I am on Boost for 3 years now paying the $40 a month and I talked to Sprint and I got a HTC EVO 4G LTE for $199 and I only have to pay $30 a month for service and I didn't have to extend my 2 year contract with the other phones, just a 2 year contract with my new phone. So actually I guess I need to thank Zit Warp because if the phone was working like it should, I wouldn't be saving money getting one of the better phones out there today

So now I am still going to send my ZTE Warp back to the factory, and not worry about the 8 to 12 days and I will either sell the fixed/replaced Warp or use it as a coaster :)

goodbye Warped, hello HTC

and yes I checked on this forum if the HTC can be rooted, it can

Agree with the OP and 2nd poster. I hate this buggy, freezing, slow phone. Switching to the new HTC VM has as soon as my month is up.

I'm good with my fixed Warp ...it's working great :) plus I'd hate to lose the screen size. I've had my Warp next to the Evo and it's amazing how much difference the .3 really makes. :)

Actually, the Evo V (Virgin) has a 4.3" screen, too. The Evo Design (Boost) is the one with the slightly smaller screen (4").

I don't know about you, but I've had my Warp since they came out and I haven't had an issue yet. I've rooted mine as well. I guess I just dont install a bunch of apps that are incompatible with the phone.

My friend has a warp and put the 32G card in.He loves this phone and it has been flawless. As he stated, ALL phones and brands can have bad batches. You can't judge them all because of a few failures!!This guy had a HTC evo that burned up in 3 months. So are ALL HTC's junk now???See my point???????Ps.I just bought a warp but hopefully mine done break???

To Xman95 Samsung Ultra transform is a great phone. So put in a bigger memory card???Or maybe look into rotary phones instead ???LOL just kidding!!

The memory card is not the issue.... it's the internal memory the Transform and of course Prevail that are not enough. Wouldn't hurt to have more RAM too! Many App makers (for whatever reason) don't allow their Apps to be moved to the Card. Also, I noticed despite moving Apps to card, it's not 100% some info stays in the phone internal memory.

Funny all the reviews on that phone where GREAT!They never mentioned memory issues like the prevail??They sent me a ultra transform on accident instead of the warp this week.I thought about keeping it!I'm glad I didn't now!Plus I like the big screen on the warp!!Thanks for the info!!!
