apparently, now off to load up some cyanogen, I've been waiting 3 weeks to do this...!

edit:AAAHHH, I downloaded CM7, wiped cache and all the like rebooted to install and got stuck on the splash page with the spinning arrow, any ideas what could be causing this?

also wipe data and dalvik?

try flashing again,you also might check the md5 of the download to make sure it wasnt corrupted.

also,hope youre using recovery to flash and not rom manager
