Help In an horrible situation

First off I know i am not bricked. I can still get to recovery, bootloader, and I actually can boot into my rom. The probably is that I cant get past the setup wizard it keeps force closing. I am on Energy sense 3.5. I would do a nandroid restore but Im on twrp 2.0 and it can not read my sd card. Anyone know how to either past the setup wizard or get my sd card to work.

Tap the home menu when the setup wizard first comes up

Didnt work. Im not at the setup wizard sorry about that. It says setting up the device please wait. Here is a picture of it.

did you wipe cache and dalvic?

Edit:
As far as sdcard do you have a card reader? can windows read the card? have you tried to run check disk to see if there are errors? Can you do a USB Toggle from recovery and access the drive?

yeah they are a good thing to have around. when you get it place the sd card into it and see if windows pics it up. if it does you probably just need to run a check disk. if it doesn't then you need to go to disk manager and see if it shows the disk in there and what information it tells you about the partition. If unknown then you may need to go a head and get a new card. Not always but partition issues can be caused from bad spots on the disk.
