Root Inc won't do a Factory Reset

Rooted today and have been following procedure. I'm trying to do a reset as required by Gingersense before flashing that ROM. Neither the Hboot or Settings>Storage>Factory Reset methods are working. They both get hung at the Fast Boot part of the Hboot screen and I have to do a batter pull since it won't respond.

Search found nothing. Ideas? Phone works normally otherwise.

Yeah, and doing a wipe when installing the ROM through ROM Manager doesn't work either. Just gets stuck on the Fastboot screen.

Evidently, you don't have CWM flashed properly, probably a glitch during the root effort. Go to Rom Manager and reflash recovery as sdrawkcab mentioned.

Sorry for the trouble. That did work. After absorbing things about root over the last year, I knew that flashing CWM was important. The instructions said to do 3 times, so I did 4 times. Apparently that didn't work. So after doing that again and flashing the ROM, I'm good to go!

Then I had another problem where Google's 2-step verification I have turned on wouldn't let me sign into the app market or set up the phone. So I had to turn it off to get it to work. Whew.
