Help Incorrect sdcard directory

Not certain if this issue is OS-related or vendor-related, but when Apps install, they are using the virtual sdcard0 as the sdcard location.

I've found many Apps allow one to manually select locations, however, there are also many that this ability is either limited or non-existent.

Is this an issue for developers to make a change, or is there some type of bug?

I'd like an answer for this as well. The internal storage looks like it's sdcard0 while the actual SD card is sdcard1. This causes my apps (especially Amazon MP3 if I download my music) to store stuff to the internal storage.

Yeah, that notation sd0 is kinda misleading. I put a new SD card in and then check the location of my pics and it said sd0 and I assumed that was the SD card. I then made sure in camera settings it was set to sd card and it wasn't.
Now my pics say sd1.
