Can I make two partitions of my class 6 SD Card and use one partition as the internal memory and the other partition as RAM?

No, you can't increase the RAM on your device--it has what it has.

.The RAM in your device is the internal, non-removable--and therefore non-expandable--portion of the memory of your device.
It (RAM) is also typically much faster than an external, removable SD card.
I'm guessing the OP is really wanting to know how to be able to install more apps on their device vs. actually increasing the size of the RAM.

Swap Space, Swap File? Let the OS do it. It is already doing it. Also partitioning for performance is really an HDD performance trick. With Flash really at best a wear control and I am not sure I even buy that currently.
But yea looks like it can be done. Search swap file for Android.
Beacause you mention a 4GB SD card while I can get a 16GB SanDisk Class 6 for under $5, if your phone is also long in tooth you likely have other bottlenecks that would prevent performance increases.
