So I have been looking for a 3.7 to Maximum 4.0 inch screen, and this is going to be another 4.3 inch screen??

If this is 4.3 Inches, why even release it? What is the difference between this phone and the Rezound? Same screen size, same 4g, same manufacturer, same sense -- what is the difference?

REALLY REALLY SICK of these HUGE phones already. We cant get ONE thats 3.7 inches or a touch bigger at most???

Not everyone likes a small tablet in their pocket that they can barely hold with one hand -- what a joke.

Do some research. This has sense 4 rezound has 3.5/3.6 also this has much better processor. Google s4 processor and see benchmarks of this versus current phones. You aren't going to get high end 3.7 phone. Get the lucid if you want something with 4" or smaller.

I agree with Tedred1339 but do think that Skeeter125 is right. Those of us that want an updated 3.7 - 4" phone are out of luck... The only 2 choices I see is get the Dinc2 or switch to the dark side and get the iPhone4S or possible the iPhone5 when it comes out. Sorry I won't get an LG phone...

What I don't understand is if this is suppose to be so much better then the Rezound that it is worth an upgrade from the Rezound, then why release it now? The Rezound hasn't even been out for a year yet, all those guys are still in a 2 year contract... Most either picked up the Rezound or the Galexy Nexus...

It seems the Incredible 4G adds the new HTC camera awesomness to the Rezound's Beats Audio and wraps it up with Android 4. Onward and upward -- sure would love to see it with a 4" screen, but either way this is probably going to be the replacement for my original Dinc. My roomy has the Amaze 4G with HTC's new camera tech and it really is a big improvement.

Because that is the rate at which android phones are produced. They aren't on a contract schedule they push a lot of phones out which is one of the reasons for long waits for updates

Well we are 8 days away from the supposed release date, hopefully we will hear some news in the next day or 2 or at least some actual specs. The anticipation is killing me!

The only thing that is *Confirmed* for me is...

hTC Droid Incredible 4G on VZW...

Y'know what? I think I'm not interested in this phone anymore.:(
I think I'm going to hold out for the HTC Saturnalia due out soon. I think it's worth waiting for the 4.5" screen, the Super HD display, 10mp camera, 5mp front facing camera, Android 13.0, two USB 3.0 ports, HDMI 2.0 port, 6900mAh battery with 4 days of talk time and can opener.

:ciao:

I think it is actually a good time for android phones. I mean you have this, the one x( if verizon gets some version of it), the sgs3, and the supposed lg device aimed to challenge the sgs3

Can opener, you say....? Hmmm

Wow, I really LOVE the design (not the non removable battery & no sd card part) of the One S. I will just admit it's the best looking phone I think I have ever seen, that's just me. The gray/blue (two tone gray aluminum) one is just sooooo...
😍

I wish the Dinc4G LTE looked a little more like it.

Pretty good write up here, I hope we get a similar experience with VZW's version.

I hope they did not go stupid with a non-removable battery. Very stupid. I have found with many phones android, Rim and iOS and others a battery pull can resolve a host of issues. I've had to do it many times over the years with several phones.

[Review] HTC One S For T-Mobile: The Future Is Now
Pretty good write up here, I hope we get a similar experience with VZW's version.

I agree I really like the look of the one s. I wish verizon would get more phones that looked like the international version, they always seem to uglify the phones. Well since I am stuck with them until they try and take away my unlimited data guess I have to deal with it.

You can still do that on phones with non removable batteries. There are ways to do it on them just like on tablets.

Yes you can but, sometimes the key configuration sequence you press that simulates a "battery pull" doesn't always work. Pulling the physical battery always does the trick. Isn't that gray One S the best damn looking phone you've ever seen?
If you get stuck in a bootloop at a critical point in doing something, like rooting, & the key press "battery pull" don't work...you are left with a sexy looking paperweight.:(

ATTENTION: I CAN CONFIRM THE DINC4G HAS A 4" SCREEN BUT I WILL PROVIDE NO EVIDENCE AT ALL TO SUPPORT THIS EXCEPT SUSPICIOUS LOOKING INFORMATION/COMPARISONS. Jk.

I don't know why no one thought of this sooner. But I took the renderings of the Dinc4G, the Rezound, and the Dinc2. You can clearly see the Dinc4G has a 4" screen here. I would say this is most accurate because these are in proportion with one another.

So there you have it, 4" inch screen. That is of course assuming, that is an official rendering of the Dinc4G. With it's striking resemblance to the Rezound, and the externals not resembling the One S at all(except for the 3 capacitive buttons), it is possible that is has an S-LCD screen (like the Rezound). I'm betting it's an S-LCD, or Super IPS LCD2 (Used in the One X). I'm hoping for S-LCD2, which would essentially make it a hybrid between the Rezound, the Dinc2, the One S, and the One X.

Well the release for the one s is the 25th, one week away. Since the supposed release for the inc4g is the 26th, maybe we will get an announcement tomorrow?

lets hope so. otherwise, a lot of people will lose their minds. every other carrier has a ONE variant, sigh...
