Why aren't you back on probation yet? ;)

I'd take an iPhone over any Blackberry device.......and I don't like the iPhone.

lol and im the total opposite. i had a 16gig itouch for a month and gave it to my brother. guess i got bored w. it. but i wouldnt touch a bb storm too much drama w. it and not to mention the lag. horrible device.

You're not very literate, are you? The OP is doing the same thing I'm doing: getting an EVO. We both bought the Incredible at release, but are returning it within the 30 day return period. Unfortunately that leaves a small gap of two weeks or so when we need to re-activate our old phone until the EVO release date. In my case, it means living with my Storm 1 for 10 days.

Nope, you would be doubting my reading comprehension skills and not how literal I may be. That said, if you live in an area with Sprint 3G or with luck, 4G, the EVO would be a nice device. "Awful" big screen to be looking at while waiting for content to download, if not ;)

I was with Tmo for eight years, so I know about waiting. G1, RIP.

EVO has a sweet 4.3" LCD, but that sweetness is offset by the microsd stuck behind battery 418mb less app storage space and no internal 6.6gb of free media space.

Notice I said "offset", since the sweet screen makes them even :) App space issue will be fixed down the road with apps2sd, so EVO owners will have more space sometime later this year :) Inc is in the same boat for 2.2 in the waiting regard.
