Root Infinite Bootloop?

So I just rooted my phone the other day. Everything was working fine, until I tried to flash a new mod to give me toggle buttons in the notification bar. It was constantly stuck in the 4G screen. I tried everything to get it out, and then realized I would have to factory restore. So I did. Now it's doing the same thing, but worse. It deleted all of my settings so it makes the damn Sprint 4G noise ever two seconds, looping over-and-over again. I don't know what to do. I rooted it, so I don't think I can just take it in for a replacement. I need my phone fixed tonight, I'm going crazy.

welcome to the forums!!!!!!!!!!!!!
moved you to the rooting section.

so can you go into recovery? did you make a nandroid backup? you can always restore it. if not then try and wipe dalvik cache and cache and see if that helps. if that does not work then you can just wipe everything but sd card and re-flash the rom or a different rom.

in recovery you will have an option to connect your phone to the pc so that you can transfer files. it will depend on what recovery you are on. in clockwork mod it is found under mounts and storage and then mount usb storage. in amon ra it is found on the main menu under usb-ms toggle.
