Help Initial Minute or Two of Netflix Streaming Blank

My Evo 4G does well streaming Netflix, but 80% of the time, the first 20 - 40 seconds of the beginning of a show has audio but no video.

Is this something others have seen? Any thoughts on the probable cause?

my netflix seems to run flawlessly. i have no lag or anything like that. maybe try and clear cache and maybe even data in the managing apps setting.

Thanks for that note. I still have that video lag. I noticed that I have Netflix on the SD card. I'll move it back and try that. I appreciate the response.
