Help internal storage missing

[Android Question]

Hi guys, I'm new at this forum, the reason I'm writing is because I'm missing at least 5 Gb of internal storage capacity.

Is there a way to flash or format the internal storage ?

I got 2.4 Gb in app, the O. S. use 1.5 Gb and I got 10 Gb of internal storage capacity.

Everything else I got it in an external SD card.

I'm using a galaxy note II flashed and rooted. Thanks in advance for your help guys!
