The CWM zip is to flash in recovery, Philz.

The .tar file has to be flashed using odin

oh yea i see now thank u. im not sure whats happened but i flash S3_NeatROM_Bootanimation_2.0.zip and when i reboot the samsung word is there flashin blue its not doin anything else...mayb a did it wrong? x

The CWM zip is for Pereus kernel

The neatrom bootanimation is not the NeatRom Rom zip. You have to download the XXEMC3 NeatROM Lite v4.1 from post 1 from http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2060403

It shouldn't take much more than 5mins to boot up. Did you do a full wipe

Not a problem.

Battery icons can be changed using aroma download but I don't think it can be used with the full version of NeatRom, only Lite version. I'm sure someone will correct me if I'm wrong

Battery icons can be changed using aroma download but I don't think it can be used with the full version of NeatRom, only Lite version. I'm sure someone will correct me if I'm wrong

The aroma works on the full version but there isn't an aroma for mc3 yet so I'm not sure if the old one will work.

I use this theme. It lets you change as much or as little as you want, including battery icons to various colours. You'll want version 1.7 for Samsung ROMS from post #2
