Root [International] LG Flash tool not working properly

Hey all tried reverting my LG G2 back to stock using a method online but when I click begin upgarde on the flash tool it takes me "lg mobile support tool" and doesnt ask me for location or language like it should. any fix for this?

I'm trying to unroot and the guide says to use the LG Flash tool but the it doesn't allow me to go further
