The download details and link for NI2, EE, have been in post #9 since the 10th November!

I suggest that before flashing it that you install Phone Info from the Play Store, as mentioned in #1.3 of 29 Galaxy S4 models - know yours? and ascertain your, "Product code", for your current, OXX, firmware as you will need this to locate your precise firmware should you ever need to revert back to it.
 
I didnt know if they where for my phone. I wante to make sure. Ive not done this for a year so no need to be like that toward me. I paid over
