Root [International] Note 3 Rooted, No Idea What ROM I'm Running

Bought a rooted Note 3 N900w8 32gb in black.

It is rooted which I do not mind, but for the life of me I cannot tell what Rom I am currently running.

In about all I see is:

Jss15j.n900w8vlubmis in the Build number

DPB is right, just understand that installing any updates from Samsung might break that root if you are concerned at all with keeping it.

If the firmware isn't written to not update rooted phones. Some do, some don't. I think the Note 3 does - and, of course, with an unrooted ROM. Root de la paina.

Plain being rooted should not interfere with OTA updates, Kies might not like your device being rooted, but OTA (Over The Air - using Wifi or network) should work OK, it certainly worked on my SGS4. Updating the firmware by any official method will get rid of root.

am i right in that this is an international version? if so then i moved this to the internantional root forum. if not let me know then i can move it to the right forum.

It is and it isn't ocnbrze. I believe the Note 3 N900 8w is the same spec but has a different modem to the Note 3 (SM-N9005) which we are strictly speaking in this root forum about. The OP must be careful to flash correct firmware for their device.

Daniel, type *#1234# into the dialler and tell us what the three lines of information show exactly. If your rooted this might invoke the super user application, if it does just tap the back soft key. It does sound like your using rooted stock firmware.
