Root [International] Root only

I have heard of people just rooting their phone, knocking off samware bloat and un rooting. Can this be actually done, is it wise and does samcrap return when you un root ??? I was going to use towel root. Nervous about flashing a rom.

So root it with towelroot and stick another launcher on it, to make it look a bit different, lol ?

Hi Funky.
If I root the beast with towel root and knock off bum ware, won't I have to get a recovery on it so I can put it back as it was to sell it. ??
Probably will get a Note 4 when they come out.

I took the plunge today and opened towelroot -from geohot. I followed the instructions on screen, clicked on "make it rain"- (after AV tried to kick it out ).
The phone whirred a bit then came up with a screen ' towelroot does not support this phone'.
So I wiped TR from the phone, and went to pub. I thought tr was supposed to have been ok for the S3 ???
