When ever trying to figure out reboot issues, it's good to see if it's the ROM or not. The way you would do this is by installing the ROM clean and then slowly adding the apps you use. Also, you should make sure the frequencies and with in normal range and the gonvernor is not a fancy shmancy.

well, when you load a ROM you reset the frequencies and the governor to what the ROM has for the defaults. You can check them in settings--> cyanogenMod settings--> perfomance settings(I think)

Had this issue last summer and found that Firefox had been the culprit. Not a single reboot after uninstalling. Was with Rooted Stock before we even had a custom Rom so an App could definitely be the cause. Also I have stopped messing around with voltages. Found that even with extremely conservative values my Triumph had a tendency to overheat when charging. Otherwise you may also consider formatting your sd card. Mine had once been corrupted and would cause my Triumph to reboot sometimes. Drove me nuts for a week or two until I noticed it would happen when I used an app like the camera or music player that uses the sd card. Is not always obvious when an app is using the sd card.
