I have been looking for a new alarm clock, one that is smart and will wake me up when I am not in a deep sleep at all. I looked on Google play and found some apps that do just this. But most, if not all of them require me to start the app, and leave the tablet on all night. With the screen on, but dimmed to a low point. (Which I can use another app for)
I was just wondering if there are drawbacks that can happen if I leave the screen on, overnight, about 8 hours a night, 5 days a week. That's a lot of time being on.
Tablet - Nexus 7.
SMART ALARM CLOCK!!
The stock alarm clock is a set time and is not a smart alarm clock. There's nothing to a regular alarm clock but a timer. We are in a day and age where we know things. A smart alarm is not a regular alarm clock, its a clock that regulates you're sleep cycle knows when you are in you're lighted sleep, and when you are in a depp REM. Many times the basic alarm will wake me up when I'm on the REM cycle, which can kill a dream you are having, or make you wake up much more tired than what a smart alarm will. A smart alarm is able to track your pattern's and wake you up when you are lightly sleeping. That's when it will go off, making you wake up much more energized, less tired! By tracking your movements, sounds and time slept the alarm will wake me up between 6:30 and 7:00. Rather than a stock alarm waking me up at 7:00. Between those times, it will know the right time to wake me up, to be ready for the day.
