is it time to move on?

is a nexus 4 from sprint good? what carrier did you guys get your n4 from?

I found a nexus 4 from sprint for 100

so i found out some saddening news while switching phones (and my god this connect sucks!) i was asking the guy if he knew when byod would come to NY he said he wasnt sure so i asked him if i would bring my own phone(when time comes) would i be able to keep my $55 plan on the phone and he said that i would not be able to i would have to pick the 50 or 60 plan.

i guess i will be staying with these classic phones for a while bc i love this plan maybe when time comes and im still with an old phone they will let me keep the plan.

also if your on the 55 dont activate by calling from that phone bc they also want you to switch plans to 40,50, or 60

We know.

About the only thing you can do is go to their Faceplant page and make a cool calm argument against or complaint about it.

I'm made it clear to them a few times now that that is NOT the way to get me to consider getting a GSM phone. That only makes me consider being the last person on CDMA when they pull it's plug.

Yes they've made the statement that your plan wouldn't change with the merge. They DIDN'T say it would stay the same if you switched technologies. (Say CDMA to GSM)

Yes, IMO, that's sleazy.

Bruce in Ocala, Fl-and *I KNOW* sleazy :p

The only carrier that actually sells N4s is tmo but you cant get the N4 on Verizon or Sprint. So there is no possible way that theres a Sprint N4 since N4 is GSM only

**UPDATE

so i gave my phone to my son to play with since i thought it was done. he had his fun with it and let it sit on the mats while eating, i gave it to him again to play with and he touched the screen and i saw the thing unlock. i have absolutely no clue what happened to it, but now i have to call metro again to switch it back
