Robb, why don't you look through the Huawei Ascend topics and make some suggestions to the Mods to include the links in the Guide if you think they should be there or should be merged.

They would really love your input!

Take a look at some of the threads in the forums. They sticky the "How Too" stuff but leave it open so you can ask questions in that specific thread. Take this example:

TiVo Series3 HDTV DVRs - TiVo Community

See how there are 8 sticky threads at the top with 1000"s of posts?

I'm not saying it should be exactly like that, but the main stuff like the Guide, Rooting, Suggested Apps and such maybe should be.

This kinda setup does not impair someone for posting on a problem they are having and starting a new thread but the members will steer them to the sticky at the top of the page and ask them to repost there if possible. It serves as a data base for all subjects regarding repair. It seems to make it easier for people with problems to find specific answers too.

I don't wish to step on toes here and again say what a great job you all are doing. Just some thoughts that can help maybe make the place better.

BTW: you can search for me there and see my pic and my profile. I will update that here when time permits.
