Root is the new update not rooted yet?

I don't see anywhere that says the OTA update has been conquered yet..is this true? Hopefully i am proven wrong, i would love to remove the bloatware from my phone..

Unrevoked.com released an update today.

im avoiding unrevoked like the plague. im glad i didnt trust it in the beginning because most of the troubles i read about are people who used it.

but if they fixed it in the current update, id like to hear more about how they did it.

I tried to do this. I put unrevoked 2 file on my sd card, and went to boot into recovery with it, and it would not do anything..any help?
