Is there a way to contact Samsung and let them know of bugs or hardware issues you come across while using their devices and they can come up with a fix? Yeah I know it probably will be a black hole of complaints that they don't do anything about but just asking.

And here's a tip: Have things escalated to level 3. At that point,the tech will write up a feedback form and send it to the people who can make things happen (i.e. updates). That is what I did with the issue the phone had making that chirping sound when it lost/regained cell service. The techs (3) that I spoke to were really surprised there was no way to disable this audio notification. I told them there were complaints about it all over the discussion forums and then I spread the word on forums that if it was an issue for people how to call Samsung and register the issue. The issue got resolved in the recent software update. Coincidence? Maybe. But I like to think complaining loudly made a difference.
