is this company legit?

From what I can tell, the site is registered to an address in the UK and it looks to be hosted over here too.

However, everything about it screams "Chinese retail site, steer clear". The prices look to good to be true so I'd hazard a guess and say they're selling very good clones. If they're claiming they can ship tomorrow, it must be baloney as the note 8.0 isn't shipping till Quarter 2 according to GSMArena (although techradar pegs it at April).

Personally, I'd steer clear and pay a bit more to get one from a reputable retailer.

thanks for the replies. it strikes me odd that they can ship right away using fedex 2 days shipment when nobody else online have that in stock.

if they are indeed a registered company, how are they able to conduct such a scam??

It's the internet; similar to the old fashioned "international waters." Foreign companies (specifically Chinese) are not bound by US copyrights and patents. You can buy a "Note 2" or "iPhone 5" for about $30 over there. They're blatant knock-offs, but look very similar. It is a quick way to make a very high profit.

If you ever have the chance to go, I recommend it. Beautiful country if you can avoid the bathrooms. Food, clothing, and beer are extremely cheap. Just don't buy electronics.
