Help Issues downloading MMS

The other night a friend sent me a picture via text and no matter how many times I tried the thing would not download. I usually use Handscent and it would not come in through there, I tried it in stock and it didnt work, I had it on 3G and no dice same with wifi. I even tried shutting the phone down, swapping batteries and having her send it again and it STILL didn't work. (I also switched out from Go Launcher back to Sense to see if that worked and it didnt)

I havent had this issue in a few months but the last few days it seems to be prevalent, is there maybe something I am missing?

have you updated your profile and prl recently in the updates menu?

it may take a few tries but that usually does the trick.

I tend to do it every couple of weeks, but I will do it now. I remember the last time it did this it was something simple that fixed it as well so I am sure that will do the trick thanks
