Issues fixed?

Looking at picking up a GNex again. I went back to a basic phone 3 months ago to save some money but I definitely miss having a smart phone.

Has the 4G dropping to 3G issue been fixed?

It took my last Gnex up to 10+ minutes to locate me on GPS. GPS quicker now?

Might just pickup a Droid Maxx but a used GNex is a little cheaper.

It is so random with this phone I think the best way to find out is to try one again. You have 14 days

I know jb and I have always been very happy with our phones. But I will say that putting a Jelly Bean ROM on the VZW version has made the phone fantastic! Its so fast and smooth. But if your biggest complaint was radio/reception related, I don't know how much improvement has been made there, I don't think it has been very much.
