Help Issues while playing games

For whatever reason I am having major lag playing games.
So far I've turned off mobile service with WiFi on and vice versa. I have turned off all apps that run in the background. I turned off all HD associated options in the games. I don't know what else to do. Everything was fine 2 days ago and this has just started and been going on all day.

My phone is flashed to Cricket I have an APN APP so if a do a factory reset do i just run that app to have it work on cricket again?

I'm getting very frustrated about this

The lag is more than likely being caused by cache being at full limits. A Cache cleaner should help. Also may want to go through and start getting rid of some of the stuff you no longer use.

As far as cricket I have no clue

Yeah I cleared all cache cleared all history and it was still doing it.
So then I just used that restart option when you hold the power button, well that worked.
I don't get it but its working now. Stupid smart phones, or it might be me, the dumb user. Lol.
