Help Issues with Message Reminders

I am having issues with message reminders. I am using exchange outlook to schedule all of my appointments. It automatically reminds me of my appointments which is great. However, the message application also reminds me which is annoying. In addition when the message application pops up ti is always 1 hour earlier than the scheduled appointment. I am using handscent for my messaging program. I get the same results with the stock message program or handscent. is there a way to just make the message application stop reminding me of appointments? And why is it always 1 hour off? The phone calendar and exchange calendar both have the correct time for the appointments. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

I'm using Go SMS. I have searched the settings but did not find anything about showing events. I had handsent before and it never did this either. Usually events is handled by the calendar program. Very interesting that this is happing in your message app.

I agree, but it happens. And it is very annoying. Not sure if it has something to do with Microsoft Exchange or not.
