How many times within 30 days will ATT let you exchange your phone?
This is the story... first I got the Galaxy S2 on the 9th the call quality sucked and it would mute in the middle of the call and no one could hear me or it would break up. So I first got a new sim that didn't work then I went back and made them give me a new Galaxy S2, so they did and it still did it. So finally I told them I wanted to try a new phone and got the Skyrocket they said they wouldn't charge me a restocking fee just this one time to get a new device.
So I got the Skyrocket yesterday and everything seemed great. I was happy and I wasn't having any issues with calling. But then I couldn't get MMS from my sisters iphone 4. They did all kinds of crap reset and then had me take my sim and put it in my husbands phone and had my sister send me text and I got them and then they put my sim in a store models phone and I got her MMS. So I exchanged the Skyrocket today for another one.
So when I get home I tried to call my husbands phone while he was upstairs and it seemed ok but then it started to blank out right when we were going to hang up.
I have 2 weeks left of my 30 days and I am determined to get a Skyrocket that works. I am worried that they are going to get pissed at me if I try to exchange this one and not want to even if they are defective. They always try to troubleshoot and try to recreate the issue but of course it never does.
Do they really have a choice to not exchange it during the 30 days?
