I did a Nand Restore today from Tazz 4.0 Vanilla to Tazz 3.0 Black Rain and I have now lost my 3G. I have tried several different ROM's and I get the same issue. So I called Verizon and there wanting to send me a Droid 1 instead of another Eris. I was thinking about gettting the Droid 2 soon so I am thinking maybe I could take the D1 and when I get the D2 I could sale the D1 on Ebay. I really do like my Eris though.

Just for giggles I would try a totally different ROM, KaosFroyo or nonsensikal. You will need to do a total wipe before you flash, always wipe before you flash. Then see if your 3G comes back.
 
Have you tried switching into airplane mode, then going back? This helps me with connection problems that I have, though I haven't tried Tazz yet, so it may not be that. Hope you can fix it!

Just a shot in the dark, but what are you overclocked at (if at all)? What does System Panel say your phone's temp is?

If you are not overclocked (or are not o/c'ing that high), then perhaps your phone is in its death throes? :eek:

My setting for Main Screen is 710/122

I have it set to Underclock @ 48 degrees.

On a side not.....

Got an Email from Verizon today with my tracking info and such. It says they have sent me a "like new" Droid 2.

Yeah, its probably not overclocking, eh? Bad and good news all in one post! :p

You still gonna come back and visit us old Eris folks? :eek: :D
