yeah thats the file.... now open up RSD and click the "..." button... it will open up a browse window, in the browse window find that sbf file and double click it to select it. now in rsd the top right box should have a bunch of text in it right?

even if your PC wants to tell you its an Excel file patch the new ini file in there any way.

open RSD
boot phone in to boot loader
plug it in to USB
RSD should show your device as connected
click on the ... and find the SBF
Click START and watch it do work

SO glad I use linux to clear up my multitude of bricks 2 commands and done. I may have to put up a guide on the easy way to use adb and sbf sometime here.

rsd doesnt show it as connected. pretty sure every other step was done right. Diz worked with me for 3+ hours and got nothing. think it might be the stone age computer im using. giving up for now. the lady is gonna kick my ass. she told me not to mess with it and i couldnt resist. but if i ever do get this thing going again.....IM GONNA ROOT IT AGAIN!!! if anyone else has any ideas let me know. i have to go to bed. i work nights and i have to be back in 5 hours.
