Ive now got the flashing rom bug so not sure how long till i swap lol

You can flash to your hearts content... just ALWAYS make a backup in CWM before you do... it can save you if anything does go wrong!!!

Have you linked the phone back with your gmail account? If you go in to the market, you should be able to re-download them from there!
