Help "Java Downloads" battery usage question.

Hello again forum, i guess you've seen this "Java Downloads" application in gt540 does anyone knows what is this for ? I checked over the Internet but the results where, unsatisfying, well my question is: when I check the Battery use option in Settings there is a 93% usage under this "Java Downloads" this is normal ? after all I've never used it.

I beleave its used to download things from the browser, it works like the downloads window in firefox, however it is a system application so the only way to remove it is to root and use titanium backup, but its connected to the browser so i dont know if it would cause any problems if you did remove it.
