Funny enough I tried to flash it one more time last night and still had the same issue so I got fed up and went to bed. When I woke up this morning I had forgot to charge my phone so I swapped batteries and was going to restore to a working point, when I turned my phone back on after the battery swap I forgot to put it into recovery so it booted normally and sure as shit, everything was working. I guess I'll just monitor it today and see what happens.
