How do i get rid of it and go back to my old evo,I dont like cm7,is there one that is just like the original rom that was on there..i am going to flash the phone for metropcs

moved you to the rooting section.
did you make a nandroid backup before flashing cm7? you can always nandroid restore back to your previous rom.
if not you can get most roms here:

also please read the http://androidforums.com/evo-4g-all...ooting-dummies-guide-gingerbread-edition.html. skip the rooting process and go to the after root section. it has a ton of info about nandroid backups, switching recoveries and how to flash a rom.

I haven't either honestly. Maybe I will flash later on or something. Really enjoying Deck reloaded and waiting for the Team Dirt CM9 to get posted so I figure there's no point yet since I'll just immediately be switching to something else.

Ok ,thanks guys for all the great info I followed everything as the posts said...I rooted the phone,I put in a new rom(redline) to be specific,and opened QPST, did everything on there, wrote everything on the phone,and it rebooted read NV_VE_IMEI_I ERROR,..phone is the same not metro..but still sprint as it was before???
