Hey, my Galaxy Nexus (verizon version) just arrived, and OMG this is without a doubt the best phone i have EVER used. i LOVE IT. goodbye my sweet hacked-to-death LG Ally.. you were so bad....

Congratzz I enjoy your phone. The screen is amazingg. My tablet seems a bit pixelated now I've got used to that phone lol :P

Indeed, I have had my Nexus for about 10 days and absolutely love it. I will ONLY by a Nexus phone/device from now on.

Talked to google earlier... Was wondering why the play store showed "in stock" but my nexus hadn't been marked as shipped yet even though I ordered it a week ago... Supposedly I'll get it within 3-5 days...

Congrats all. Tomorrow marks my one week anniversary with the nexus. Rooted, AOKP Seidio 3800 battery/case.

Jealous! I purchased mine today on ebay to save my unlimited data. I got the LG Spectrum a month ago and absolutely hated it because of the lag and lack of devs. I will give the spectrum credit it has amazing hardware and a true 720p screen but OMG the lg skin is horrific and slowed it down! Anyways I can't wait for my nexus and jelly bean :)

Welcome to all you new GNex owners, I love mine for sure, 7 months later, the longest I have gone without phone envy for sure :)

I have had my GNEX for a bout a week now, and it is one of my favorite phones I have ever had. I loved my previous LG Esteem and served me well but, I got bored with it and the only way I was going to upgrade to a new phone it had to have ICS and at least a Dual Core to make it worth my wild, and I don't have any regret buying the GNEX! This will be my last phone I buy for a while. :D

I've had my GNex for 8 days now and I luv it.
I've had good phones before, but there was always a thing or 2 that I wished they could do...with this GNex there is nothing I wish it could do that it doesn't already do and do well. Not a single thing. :)
The fact that it is pure Google with no carrier "crapware" is a HUGE bonus as well. :)

My Sprint Nexus should be waiting for me on my doorstep when I get home today. Can't wait to get it setup. I do still like my Evo 4G, but I'm ready for ICS and JB!

Same here. I received the first one I ordered from eBay merchant but the 2nd one for my wife I ordered from Google Play last week. Still not here, nor shipped.

I'm enjoying playing with mine, but we need #2 soon!

Yeah i'm wondering when Verizon will stop "testing" Jelly Bean and finally start rolling out the OTA updates. i want to stay stock as long as possible with this phone. (i can still have it rooted though :) .)

I bought a GNex last week from Google Play Store and it's supposed to arrive tomorrow according to UPS tracking#.

I'm still trying to figure which provider to set it up with though. I really just want the cheapest possible monthly expense and talk is not important; if I can even get it with no talk that would be ideal though doubt that's possible. With the amount I use wi-fi about 1GB data per month would be sufficient.

If you're in the US, take a look at Straight Talk from Wal-Mart.

Too bad they don't sell the LTE version through Google Play. Looking at going back to GNex and the price of them used is about that a new cost on Google Play.

been on my nexus for just over 6 months now...this is for sure the longest i have gone without phone envy....i was always wanting the latest and greatest from android....but now....even the S3 and OneX dont appeal to me in any way.

Loving my nexus!

I believe the cheapest plan for an unlocked GNex in the US (at least that is available nationwide) is the $30 "Walmart" plan from T-Mobile. It gives you 100 minutes for talk, and "unlimited" text and data with 5GB data before it is throttled.

To get on the plan, you order a SIM card Activation Kit from T-Mobile for 99 cents. Once you get your kit, there will be instructions to activate your SIM card online -- where you can select the $30 plan (and beware, there are two $30 plans, make sure you select the right one). If you have any issues completing the online activation, you simply call the activation number shown -- just make sure you tell them you want the $30 Walmart plan.

Just got mine today. Really, really love this phone. The display is gorgeous, and it's working great with the $30 T-Mobile plan.

I'm confused. I keep seeing people mention this "Walmart plan", but I've not been able to find such a thing. However, I do see where Walmart sells the first time customer special Prepaid T-Mobile plan. Isn't this is similar to RadioShack and BestBuy selling the Virgin Mobile prepaid plans? They even activate for you, but you don't make your monthly payments to RadioShack or BestBuy. I saw someone say if you bought the T-Mobile plan from Walmart that you had to go so far as to make your monthly payments to Walmart. Is this true?

Can you clear up this confusion? I'm with T-Mobile, but I got hooked up directly from a T-Mobile store 2 miles from my house (because the Walmart site had the activation kits for 87 bucks, and I wasn't about to pay that!).
