Just ordered my DX and I'm pumped about it!

Hey All, New the forums and New To Droid network. Had a blackberry for the last year or so finally got rid of it, and switched to the DroidX. So I just figured I would say Hi, and i'll be around the forums while I wait for my DX to get shipped.

they have been pushing the ship date back 1 to two days at a time, but this move to the 18th might mean something. I hope not, I ordered thursday and it stated it would ship by the 5th. I really hope to get it next week. Welcome to the forums and enjoy your phone!

I too am getting my first droid.
I ordered mine on Thursday. It said it would be shipped on 8/6. I got an email yesterday saying that it had already shipped. The expected delivery is 8/3.

I'm excited. Will be fun to get on board with everyone!!

I ordered 7/26 with ship by 8/4. Received it yesterday 7/30. So I assumed you'd be close.
