Root Just recently unresponsive screen

Hey community! I'm here asking for some help with my LG Esteem ZVB (Rooted), My phone takes slower than usual to boot and once on with the (lock screen showing) the touch screen doesn't work. The screen was working perfectly fine a few minutes before. I went from using dolphin browser to home screen go-launcher. Go launcher became unresponsive and the phone froze. So I pulled the battery. Physical buttons work, applications run, but my background doesn't appear and the when I touch the screen to input the password to unlock, the screen doesn't respond. Any suggestions?
 
You had too many apps installed to the phones internal storage, all you needed to do was remove some apps or move them to your SD card.
