Root Just rooted #2

And i must say it is awesome! But there's one problem..(and yes i did restart it already)
I receive message's so darn slow.
Before I flashed #2 i tested a message to myself in the same spot im doing it in right now, and got it pretty much instantly, but now it takes up to like 5-10 mins. Any idea's as to what's going on??

Try re-installing the rom, if that doesn't work, try wiping then installing. If that doesn't work then you might of had a bad download.

I dont see sending texts as benig a ROM issue. Easiest way to find out is to install GOSMS or Handscent and rule out the stock app. If it's faster with those then you know it has something to do with the stock MMS.
