Root [Kernel][GB] H426 - BDTweaks now on Google Play (06/24/13)

^_^ great battery life OC to 1350 w/ On demand gov. And noop on Hyper 1.0 since 1.5 has bug. uploadfromtaptalk1339721856065.jpg this is also w/ 90% time without signal since I'm not in a very urban area :p

Huh? Lol that makes battery worse my phone is constantly searching for signal

If your phone is consistently looking for a signal you should turn off your mobile data connection and re-enable it when you need it that should give you unprecedented battery life on the marquee.

hey blood; tried to download hyper1.0 from goo.im ; file i got was HYPER-v1.0.zip.md5. tried to flash , said file was bad. Do you have the zip on mediafire? or another link? Thought I'd go back to 1.0 until you have time to get the camera issue addressed in 1.5.
Had issues with camcorder as well as camera. Any help you or anyone else is willing to give would be awesome. Thanks for all your hard work!

ps: the distribution servers on Goo.im are not working right now.

I just tried the goo.im link and it seemed fine. heres the mediafire link tho: HYPER-v1.0.zip

Just wanted to say thanks. Im using the 1.0 version at max 1350 and its great.

I also tried 1.5, but I was having the same issue as another poster. I had my governor set to max at 1200 and it would randomly jump past my governed setting of 1200 and stick at 1380, and 1380 must be too much for my processor lol because it didnt like it very much.

seems like my marquee has finally settled in to liking hyper 1.5 I've been running performance and noop scheduler (1000/120) and my battery life has been great! I have however, had the camera shutter problem with performance and min max so I think the problem is still across the board on all governors.

LOL, I was coming in here to post almost the same thing. I'm still getting the shutter problem with minmax. Don't think it's just w/ the ondemand govs either.

Version 2.0
Fixed the camera/recording bug thanks to Napster and BAM_XDA
Fixed 3g breaking when kernel is flashed with a rom or without a full boot
Added lzma compression support
Compressed zImage, ramdisk boot.img with lzma
Added XZ compression support (currently disabled)
Updated ramzswap to zram
Added zcache, frontswap and updated cleancache
Tweaked Smartreflex
Added VDD sysfs
Increased GPU overclock to 300mhz

Only a Mediafire link right now, Goo.im is acting weird so I'll add a link for it tomorrow.

I dunno how the overclocked GPU will do for everyone, but if nobody has any real problems I'll upload CTMod 3.68 tomorrow which will include this and a few other changes.

im having issues connecting to data after installing cleared cache and dalvik fixed permissions and no luck flashed 1.5 back.

Don't know if this has anything to do w/ the GPU or not. Sometimes the wallpapers will not apply at the higher clock speeds. It either goes to a blank screen or to the original CTMod wallpaper.

EDIT: Still playing around with it. Looks like the trouble starts around 1340. It's like it's not giving it time to apply the wallpaper and just going back to the stock CTMOd wallpaper.

EDIT: Looks like it has to do w/ some of the Gov. and I/O settings. All is stable when set at deadline and Ondemend.

EDIT: Yep, running at 1400 set on deadline and ondemand and no problems with wallpaper.

you probably got a bad download or flash. Try deleting it and redownloading it.

What settings were you using? I just tried 4 different govs with 1360 and it changed fine.

Good morning, bro.

I tried several Gov settings and had that happen. All were set with the I/O on SIO. I've changed the Gov while on deadline and all is good. Might have just been 1 of those quirky things man.:)

Besides the wallpapers, everything else is running great. I'll try it off and on today with the I/O set on SIO and see if it's still happening. I'll try a few more I/O settings too. Have a good 1 bro.

it is not the new kernal. ive seen this with v 1.5. mine has reverted back to the ct mod wallpaper. i thought it may have been something i have done. seen it a couple times. didnt correlate it to any other action. still love your work not a big quirk to me

Not a big issue with me either. It's just best to report things like that when testing a new kernel. Especially when it's never happened on your phone before. One things for sure though, some phones will react differently to kernels.

UPDATE:

I just went ahead and cleared the cache and Dalvik cache twice, set it at 1360, SIO, performance, changed out the wallpaper about 20 times and It's not doing it any longer. I've ran up and down the setting and everything seems to be working great.

@ Bloodawn, I'll continue to test it throughout the day and will let ya know if it happens anymore. :)

Awesome. I'll try 2.0 tonight.

Btw, what is generally a safe/stable minimum CPU frequency? 240 or 300? And do you just use something like SetCPU to control this?

I'm using Smartassv2 governor, but I can't change governor settings in SetCPU. Is this normal?

Thanks
