update on v5, i have managed to get minmax and smartassv2 cpu gov but now cpu idle isnt present in those govs
i may take them out all together...
i updated a few things
kernel should be super fast and lightweight (more than it already is) now

they all are about the same as i havent tweaked anything towards battery
the closest i have to battery saver is the 1.2 GHz max kernel in OP
it will limit your device to a specific speed (no lag!!!) thus saving battery

I will add this to future kernel releases and eventually integrate it into the kernel

so i added some stuffs:
row sched and set to default
intellidemand cpu gov added
userspace cpu gov default
few code fixes (really kangs because I cant even write the Hello World example in C)
exfat fs driver baked in (no need for module unless on older version of rb3 kernel)
finally got rid of -xxxxxdirty tag on kernel info!!!!
tweaked OC a bit...
gonna upload in a little while

it does add the lower ones for some reason (62 mhz - 182? mhz)
its in the code but idk whats stopping it
maybe i have to hardcode it in, instead of letting it the device figure it out

it has the modules added and init.d support through install-recovery.sh script (malicious in terms to dev scene done by samsung but can be great for scripts to run at boot)
