it depends if they switch clockwork mod to support amend scripting. so there atre two types of scripts that most falshable files use. one is edify and one is amend. most files use amend. currently clockwork mod 3 and up(not sure on the latest 4.04 or something like that) only supports edify. clockwork mod 2.6 is the only clockwork mod version that supports both scripts. and you will reall not need it now that you have amon ra. just save one nandroid backup with wimax backed up on your computer and you are good to go.
 
So I copy the cwm wimax nanDroid to computer or among nandroid with wimax to computer and where do I find the amon nandroids at on the SD I can't find the backup I didn't when I first flashed amon
