When I try to use my key pad to enter my pin for voice mail or to indicate choices when calling some companies the screen goes blank and I can't enter any numbers. This doesn't happen all of the time, but enough that it is a problem. Another question: Is it possible to set your voice mail up so that it doesn't require a pin to listen to messages? Thank you.

It sounds like your having problems with the proximity sensor. I'll try to remember where I saw the cure for it. If nobody gets back to you with the solution,I'll try to find it after work tonight/tomorrow morning.
