Help Kit Kat for 2013 Nexus 7

I got the OTA a few days ago but it didn't stick. So now it's been downloaded again and waiting for me to 'touch to install'. But what can I do to make sure it installs? I'm rooted but I don't think I've messed with any of the system files. Thanks for any replies,

Most installs will happen even if you have root, as long as you haven't messed with system files and still have the stock recovery. It will un-root you.

If it fails because you've messed with something, though, it's likely going to fail right at the beginning, before it does anything, and just reboot you back into your un-upgraded system. At which time you'll be able to hit check for update again and you'll immediately have the update to re-apply.

Got KitKat on Sunday and installed on Nexus 7 (2013). Most stuff seems normal, except for side-loaded Flash player that doesn't seem to work now on Dolphin or Firefox.

I'm not sure where I found it, but I found instructions for installing Dolphin and Dolphin Jetpack and then the flash player. Then in Dolphin I went to Settings | Web Content | Flash Player and enabled it. It works fine.
