Root Koni's ELITE Series III to Synergy RC2 - No Headset Function

I just flashed from Koni's rom to Synergy RC2. With previous rom I was able to use a random pair of headsets that had a mic and was able to listen to music and able to receive and talk to callers with headset.

Now im only able to listen to music with headset. What could be the problem?

Please anybody help with this situation Thanks!

not sure but try and wipe dalvik cache and cache
