Root Koni's rom w/ netarchy toast kernel stable.

I'm running Koni's ELITE Series II Rom with Netarchy Toastmod 4.3.2 CFS more HAVS nosbc.

I am happy to report that I am stable @ 1.2 Ghz. This Rom is art work by the way. I have no issues with any of the radios not working (4g, WiFi, 3g, Bluetooth, HotSpot...etc). I usually Set Cpu (which I downloaded for free at 4shared) at 1075Mhz and have increased battery life about 20%. There was a bulletin about Clockwork not wiping all of the caches properly, preventing Netarchy from being flashed properly, but I had no problems.

Just to let you know I had no idea what a custom rom was until a couple of days ago. I did some forum reading and was brave enough to try it. It was so easy, I couldn't help but to try a Kernel to go with it. My son has my old Hero, I rooted it and flashed Asop Rom the next day, all without a glitch. Pat on the back for me and info for you. By the way dont mind the warning in the video about rooting with unrevoked. I did and have had no problem.

Here are a couple of links:

Glad to hear you like your setup. Congrats on flashing! It gets to be second nature after a few of them. :D

Koni's Rom is one of the stable Sense roms out there. Most Sense based roms are stable, have everything working and offer theming and different mods to allow for personalization. I have come to like Evervolv 2.3. Even though it is still a beta and 4g/hdmi are not currently working, I keep going back to it. I get great battery life with Savage 1.6 (70-75% remaining after 10-12 hours off charge).

If you are currently running at 1190 mhz, that is great. Some phones experience random reboots and other issues above 1152 mhz(mine included) so some are restricted to the lower setting. Even though you dont notice the difference.

my koni's II 4g does not work please help, just saids scanning and i have 4g in my area. also a coworker(no rooted) uses his all the time at work

do you have your wimax keys? there is a section in the rooting for dummies guide that shows how to verify you have your wimax keys. also what recovery are you using? clockwork mod 2.6 and higher backs up wimax keys. any amon ra versions should have an option to backup wimax keys as well.
